Please review these frequently asked questions.  If you have a specific question that we don't address, please fill out the form below.

Question: I understand that 50% of the money earned from my donation goes directly back to my childs team.  What if I have 2 BVN students each involved in a different sport or activity?

Answer: We are happy to split the 50% back between the 2 BVN students groups.  There is a spot on the BVN Auction donation form (that you can download from the Donate Auction Items Page) where you can indicate which groups you'd like the 50% to go towards.  For bookkeeping purposes, we can only split the 50% between up to 3 groups max.

Question: I've registered and paid to attend the Buckaroo Bash, will tickets be sent to me?

Answer: We will not be sending out tickets - all registrants will be on a list at the check-in tables at the event. 

Question: What do we wear?  

Answer: We like to call the dress for this party "cowboy casual".  Have fun with the western theme!

Question: Can I make a cash donation to the  Auction?

Answer: Yes, we can accept donations in a couple of ways; 1. An individual parent can make a donation of cash in any amount or increment.  We can accept it as cash donation or if you’d like we can purchase an item/gift certificate to be used at the auction, your choice.   2. We can also accept corporate or business cash donations as a sponsorship.  We will be setting up sponsorship levels -  ranging from $100 to $1000.00, and posting how to do this on the website soon.
